Delivery & Service Policy

Tech Xtra (TECH XTRA SYSTEM LIMITED) delivers technology services and digital deliverables — not physical parcels. This policy explains how engagements are delivered, the timelines involved, and what you can expect for access and handover.


1. How services are delivered

  • Software development. Engagements begin with a kickoff, progress through agreed milestones, and are tracked through your project dashboard and account. Source code and deliverables are provided at handover via a repository or secure transfer.
  • Training and workshops. Sessions are delivered live, either in person or virtually, with any accompanying materials issued to enrolled participants.
  • Consulting and advisory. Delivered through scheduled engagements — meetings, reviews, and written outputs — according to the agreed plan.

2. Delivery timelines / lead times

Lead times vary by engagement type and scope, and are confirmed in your statement of work or order confirmation:

  • Consulting & advisory. Typically scheduled to begin within 3–5 business days of confirmation.
  • Training & workshops. Delivered on published cohort dates or on a date agreed for private sessions.
  • Web & mobile app development. Typically 2–8 weeks depending on scope and complexity.
  • Custom software & larger builds. Delivered in milestones over a timeline agreed at the outset.

Timelines depend on timely client input, approvals, and access; delays in these may shift delivery dates accordingly.

3. Technical requirements & access

To deliver effectively we may need certain access and information from you, such as an account on our platform or dashboard, access to relevant code repositories or environments, and meeting links or credentials for live sessions. You are responsible for providing accurate access details and for ensuring you have the equipment and connectivity needed to participate.

4. Access duration & handover

On completion of an engagement and receipt of full payment, we hand over the agreed deliverables — for example, source code, documentation, and credentials — and ownership transfers as set out in our Terms of Service. Access to project dashboards, hosted environments, or training materials is provided for the duration stated in your engagement; ongoing access or support beyond that period may be arranged under a separate agreement.

5. Issues with delivery / access

If you experience a problem accessing a deliverable, a session, or your account, contact us promptly and we will work to resolve it. If a deliverable does not meet the agreed scope, we will address it in line with our Terms of Service and Refund Policy ↗.
